This page explains what personal data we collect through the PLAYRA website, why we collect it and what your rights are. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Who we are

Your data is managed by the PLAYRA team. You can reach us any time at playraapp@gmail.com.

What data we collect

• your email address, when you sign up through the form on this site;
• the type of sign-up (player or sports venue owner);
• the date you signed up and your consent.

We don’t use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics tools that identify you.

Why we use it

We use your email address to tell you when the app launches and to send you news, offers and invites related to PLAYRA. If you own a sports venue, we also use it to contact you about listing your courts.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box in the form.

Who has access to it

Your data is stored with our website host, Netlify, Inc., which processes it only on our behalf, under the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. We never sell or rent your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If we don’t launch the app, we delete all data within 24 months of your sign-up.

Your rights

• to find out what data we hold about you and get a copy;
• to have it corrected or deleted;
• to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything that happened before;
• to restrict processing or ask for data portability;
• to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in Romania, ANSPDCP).

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date above. For important changes, we’ll also let you know by email.
